You've probably heard about the Friend hub already. (Green portal, pokecenter goldenrod.)
You go there, you set up a request BUT you need to know the person's gamejolt ID since the Friend Hub is more person-to-person, so, while setting the request you will also see a bar for a name, write the name down there with the correct letter cases. (Caps, numbers, etc.) the ''i'' button to the right of the bar is able to check the ID, so make use of that.
The other person then accepts the trade, the person accepting the trade will get an evolution. (I think.)

Check your friend's hub, I made the trade request. Just go to friend pokemon, and you should see it, after you accept, I'll send you another trade, giving back your Graveler while requesting my Golem back. Simple enough.
